Returns and refunds

Refunds

• Refunds are only accepted if your order has not been shipped. If your order has not yet been packed, I can issue a refund upon request.

If you place multiple orders for keychains separately, I may reach out to ask if you would like them combined into one package with a single tracking number. If combined, any extra shipping fees paid on previous orders will be refunded.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only if you are able to send the item(s) back. We will discuss return shipping costs and the return deadline before proceeding. If you are unable to send the order back, I will not be able to accept the return.
